Our flexible engineering facility alongside our collaboration spaces and offices could be the perfect setting for your next venture or to support your project with small scale manufacturing and rapid prototyping.
The Westcott Innovation Centre is funded by the Local Growth Fund and Buckinghamshire Enterprise Zone through the Buckinghamshire Local Enterprise Partnership, and is managed by the Satellite Applications Catapult. We offer businesses the opportunity to hire specialist equipment for light mechanical engineering and rapid prototyping within our 600m2 flexible facility. The Innovation Centre also houses offices and meeting rooms, meaning businesses can make full use of the site throughout their project.

There is a growing innovation community on site, stimulated by the investment by Reaction Engines developing their SABRE Engine Test Facility (TR1), investment in new rocket testing facilities by the UK Space Agency and European Space Agency, and the establishment of a Business Incubation Centre and Innovation Centre on site. These will stimulate new hi-tech businesses and jobs focused around novel propulsion systems for space and the development of UAVs to complement satellite infrastructure in fields such as agri-tech.
Our facilities aim to provide businesses with the innovation boost they would be unlikely to find elsewhere; this includes state of the art equipment available for short and long term hire, access to our technical and business experts for advice.
